Sanshō Ramen is operated by Viktor Ritsvall. We organise pop-up dining events in Skåne, Sweden.

What we collect and why

Newsletter
We only add you to our mailing list if you actively opt in — either via the newsletter form or by ticking the box when booking. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing us.
How long we keep your data
Booking data is kept for 12 months after the event for accounting and safety purposes, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Third parties
We use the following services that may process your data:
- Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
- Stripe — payment card verification
- Resend — transactional email
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at contact@sanshoramen.se to exercise any of these rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
